Valletta - Boat Trip/Dingli Cliffs

Hi all -- I am starting to look at Valletta for my port stop in May. Unfortunately it is on a Sunday and we do not arrive until 1pm but stay there until 9pm. I originally looked at a few boat cruises/tours that took us to the Blue Grotto - but most of them had start times in the morning. Any recommendations on what to do in the afternoon/evening in Valletta on a Sunday? I would prefer something on the water/hike/beach as opposed to a formal city tour - but would be open to hearing any suggestions! Thanks!
