Just booked this promo. I can see my obc but not the paid gratitudes. Just asking if we want to pre pay. Should the paid gratitudes show up?

It can sometimes take a day or two for them to show as paid but they always do show up.

 

When you are logged in, under the Payment & Credits area there is the Optional Pre-Paid Gratitudes area, it will show your names with the word PAID next to the total amount and below that it will say 

 

Amount to Pay Now                        CA$0.00

I believe there is another place to see them as well, but I cannot remember where it is, hopefully someone else will also chime in.

Shows in two places.

1. Toward the bottom of the travel summary

2. Select payments & Credits, then Optional Gratuity Payment. Names should show in grey print with a $0.00 due.

If you just booked today these may not show until tomorrow.

When you 'Manage' a booking there is 'Boarding Pass & Travel Summary'  on the page where cruise info is. Click this and then click 'Print Travel Summary' lots of good info and gratuities, OBC etc. show up there. Obviously no need to print 🙂
