UAE medication rules

Has anyone sailed to or from the UAE, especially AbuDabi since UAE put in place the stringent medication requirements with filing of forms with government for any medications brought into country, and if so did you have any hassles in the port of entry.

The rules have not changed other than there is now the option to apply online for pre-approval to carry the listed controlled drugs into the country.  If you scroll down the board you will find several threads where this has already been discussed in detail...
