redzman Posted November 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted November 29, 2018 Hi - I recently found out about https://www.clubroyaleoffers.com, where you can see all of the offers they've sent to you. My question is, how do you use it? I see I can fill out a form, but what does that actually accomplish?
Goofyfanatic Posted November 29, 2018 #2 Share Posted November 29, 2018 You should see whatever offers you have available to you once you enter your last name and C&A number.
nelblu Posted November 29, 2018 #3 Share Posted November 29, 2018 In some of the certificates that I've received there's a special tele # to call to take advantage. Unfortunately I do not have the cert as I did not use the promo and threw it away. Bob or Merien Mom probably has the answer.
RI_Cruiser Posted November 29, 2018 #4 Share Posted November 29, 2018 Just see what offers you have and then call the casino number with the code. (888) 561-2234
EllaDuChien Posted November 29, 2018 #5 Share Posted November 29, 2018 So actually, you log in using your last name and C&A number. That brings up a list of offers available to you. Pick the one you like best and click REDEEM next to the one you want. It will then prompt you to request a ship/sail date (if you choose an offer that has multiple sailings). After that, a message will pop up telling you that your offer will be sent to the email address on file. When you get the emailed offer, you then have like 48 hours to confirm and pay any deposit that might be due. Its really easy. The only issue using the site instead of calling is choosing your own cabin location, but when they send you the offer, you can call and change if you want. redzman Posted November 29, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted November 29, 2018 Hi, thank you. Do you have to have the piece of paper to know the ships and sail dates? Meaning, they don't actually show you cruises that are available, etc. I was hoping the site would show me what I could choose from without needing the document. Hi Redzman, When I did it, I just picked the ship and sail date that I wanted and they sent me an offer. I did not have the document at all, just picked what worked best for me out of all cruises. If it shows a trade in value of $0 it is for a specific cruise, if it shows a dollar amount you can pick any cruise. Hope this helps!
RFerrington Posted November 29, 2018 #9 Share Posted November 29, 2018 How do you find out what the offer includes ? Prices, etc. I could never figure out how to find out the details of the offer.

RFerrington Posted November 30, 2018 #11 Share Posted November 30, 2018 Thanks. That's what I have been doing too. I thought maybe there was a step I was missing.
Wally Alligator Posted November 30, 2018 #12 Share Posted November 30, 2018 I used the web page for my annual Prime inside. Picked the sailing I wanted on Symphony and David called me the next day with my stateroom number and what I owed for port fees & taxes. Worked OK but I agree with an earlier comment that for offers that have specific ships and sail date, it would be very nice if we were directed to such a list or calendar of comp sailings included in the offer. As the web site exists right now, it is of limited value. It tells me when I have an offer coming in the mail (sometimes weeks in advance) but often little about the offer. reallyme Posted April 8, 2020 #15 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Amazing how Carnival shows you calendars for each offer you select, and also details the offer, and I don't even have a high opinion of that cruise line. Royal needs to step up
LeeW Posted April 9, 2020 #16 Share Posted April 9, 2020 Thanks for posting the site! I looked ours up and found the information. Obviously our TA knows about this because when she rebooked our April sailings she used the code that applied to the timeframe we were booking in. We didn't expect any credits for the new cruises so it was a pleasant surprise. By the time we get the mailed offers we can't use them - they are for new cruises only and we have already done our bookings (although we did have a Casino Manager on 2nd cruise of B2B ask why we hadn't used the credit we didn't know about on the first cruise; she just moved it to the second cruise for us). mpk Posted April 9, 2020 #17 Share Posted April 9, 2020 (edited) Sorry for the dopey question- but I've never used the casino. Do I have to join something for it to work? I thought it took a certain status to qualify. Hoping for an intro offered, I entered last name and C&A, but it comes back with THE INFORMATION PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH ANY OF OUR CURRENTLY LOADED OFFERS. PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY TO REVIEW WITH A CASINO REPRESENATIVE AT OUR TOLL FREE # 1 888 561 2234 OR VIA EMAIL AT CLUBROYALE@RCCL.COM. Sunshine3601 Posted April 9, 2020 #18 Share Posted April 9, 2020 If someone else already suggested this - sorry for duplicating. Sometimes if you take your computer mouse and move around over the wording for the offer you will get a little box pop up with a summary of the offer. For me, that doesn't work when I try from my phone but does work when I try from my laptop. Most times, if it sounds like something I am interested in I will call the casino # and ask for them to email me the offer details and they will do it right away. Stay Well! Whether table games or slot machines, the casino can track your play. Based on the points that you accumulate, you go from Choice to Prime to Signature to Master. Choice gives you nothing. It's like being pre-gold in C&A. You must accumulate 2500 points in one year (April 1 to March 31) to reach Prime.
PigsCanFly Posted April 10, 2020 #20 Share Posted April 10, 2020 The issue I have found using the casino offers is that there does not seem to be anyway to select 3 people in a room. I have often got offer number(s) and called the club casino folks to book the cruise. Often we have been able to combine similar offers for the 3 folks traveling together to further reduce the costs and/or upgrade the room.

It's like being pre-gold in C&A. You must accumulate 2500 points in one year (April 1 to March 31) to reach Prime. I went on an 8-night Empress of the Seas sailing in January. The last time I sailed Royal prior to that was in April 2018. While on Empress, I played slots in the casino probably 6 of the 8 nights, earning roughly 2250 points by the end of the cruise, having spent about $2500. I knew I wasn't going to quite reach the threshold to earn a free cruise but that was alright. But the day before disembarking they placed a letter in my room giving me $500 off a future cruise. Within the last couple of months (before all this virus mess started) I have gotten 3-4 mailings offering me a free cruise for two on certain sailings in the months up until September. I couldn't take advantage of any of those, as I have a Harmony of the Seas sailing booked for October. None of the offers I'd received in the mail went out as far as October. Last night I came across this thread advising of the Club Royale Offers website. Out of curiosity I checked and lo and behold there was an offer out there for a complimentary Caribbean cruise in an Oceanview cabin with $100 in free slot play for the period of September to December 2020. I called and it is valid for any sailing except holiday sailings and Odyssey sailings. Since this includes my Harmony sailing and we were not past final payment, we booked the same Harmony sailing using the casino offer, paid to upgrade to a Balcony cabin (Oceanview, not Boardwalk or Central Park), and cancelled our original Harmony booking. We were originally in a Central Park Balcony with our original booking. For the new booking, the fee to upgrade from an Oceanview to an Oceanview Balcony cabin was $215 per person. We saved over $1300 by switching to the casino offer. I'm Choice, evidently, since I didn't earn 2500 points to move to Prime. The Club Royale Offers website is showing six other offers in addition to the one I booked, including a complimentary interior on Med sailings this year and another complimentary Oceanview for Caribbean sailings in July and August. I didn't think I'd get offers like this since I didn't earn 2500 points, but they keep coming. Whether this cruise will sail in October is anyone's guess. But at this point, by switching offers I saved a ton of money and I don't owe a large final payment at the end of July. So I won't be in the boat of having to decide whether to make the large final payment or cancel, wondering if it'll sail in October. We can still cancel before the final payment date and receive all our money back, or wait and see if it's going to sail or if it's going to be cancelled, and go from there with whatever options are offered for reimbursement. leekkerry Posted April 29, 2020 #24 Share Posted April 29, 2020 WOW MCNTboys. You are so lucky to be getting those offers. My March23 cruise on the Ovation of the seas was a Free cruise where I paid extra for an upgrade to a balcony. Royal cancelled the cruise a week before sailing. I phone up the casino department last week hoping to get my free cruise back so I can book a future cruise- TOUGH LUCK, is what I got. And I am Prime. I have absolutely No offers of any type. I am still waiting for our Annual cruise offer which normally comes mid April. From what I can see the Casino department seems to look after the Americains, and not us Aussies down under.
