So rang and got everything changed quickly and a new confirmation was received before I had aid thank you and goodbye. Don't know if Regent UK is different, but they have always answered quickly. Travelcat2 Posted December 5, 2018 #5 Share Posted December 5, 2018 Hoping that Regent will add a change function for excursions (similar to what they have for dining reservations). I suspect that Regent in Miami receives 80-90% more phone calls than Regent UK (but there are likely fewer Customer Service Representatives in the UK). How long you are on hold for Miami depends upon the day, time of day, etc. Sometimes I get through in a minute or less. Wish that they had a phone system like Comcast where they call you back in the order in which the calls were received (they have automatic call back I believe).
