Cape Town Disembarkation Taxi

We will be on the Regent Explorer Cape Town to Cape Town cruise on December 22nd and staying at the Westin Hotel post cruise.  What is the best way to

arrange for a taxi from the Duncan Dock to the hotel?  Will Regent staff be willing to arrange this for us?
