Hotel in Barcelona

We will be cruising on the Soectrum in April from Barcelona. Can anyone recommend a hotel near Las Rambla?

We stayed at Hotel Gaudi and loved it.  About a half a block off Las Rambla, close to the port and if you look on a city map, it's right across the street from Paulau Guell
