Oceana Costa open 24 hrs ?

Is Costa open 24hrs please? 

And where do we buy a coffee card from... I guess on-board?

I think the Costa venues are only open until late evening. You can get a Costa card when you order your first drinks,you save about 10% with a card,but are limited to the medium size cups. You can get a free cake with your order on some ships.

Costa's idea of a medium cup is my idea of a large cup, and their "large" cup is huge. The free slice of cake makes the coffee pretty good value if, like me, you're fond of cake.

You can also purchase a card prior to your cruise - I did one year over the phone with P&O.

If you ask the Bar Staff in Tiffany's on Oriana, they will give you the cake without having a Costa Card.

Yes, you're entitled to it if you buy a coffee, whether you use a card or not.
