Ginger pills for seasickness??

Actually, looking back, trying the relief band was kind of stupid.  I am never motion sick in a car, have never been.  Last fall, going up a ski lift to a wedding function freaked me out a bit and made me nauseated plus many on these sites say to be prepared before you go, in case.  So I thought this relief band would cover me.  I obviously did not get the physiological outcome from it because this is day three still of nausea, although less.  Maybe I need anti anxiety meds even more.  I do want to beat this because cruising is a whole new world I would like to explore.
