How many formal nights are there on Royal Caribbean’s Symphony of the Seas 7-night Caribbean cruise?

Two they are not that formal , most people do not dress up

As indicated, the "formal" dress recommendation with RCI has been reduced several years ago and the typical attire ranges from casual slacks and polo shirts to tuxedos for men and similar type attire for women, all at individual discretion.  There are, however, two nights on RCI 7-night itineraries where the formal suggestion is offered, typically night 2 and night 5 or 6.  But again it is not enforced and is at individual choice.

Two, and we are among the passengers who wear tuxedo and gown or cocktail dress on those evenings.
