MAXII Posted December 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 20, 2018 Hi: I cancelled a Celebrity shore excursion on-line a few weeks ago and no refund todate. I know in the small print in the cancellation e-mail mentions to allow two billing cycles but I'm just wondering what folks have experienced. Cruise is many months away if that matters. I canceled one last year and the refund went to a different card than I expected. I called to ask and learned of the issue. You might call to ask.
