Talk about  sucking all the life out of a room , bring up the fact that you paid 90% less for your cruise and see what happens. It's just as bad as bringing up Trump at a large table in the dinning room  it won't end well.

Best not to bring it up at all. 

 

But sadly there are insensitive folk who like to brag to their fellow-cruisers how much less they paid. 

They regret bragging to me because every time they've done so, it turns out that they paid more than me ! 

How do I get such extra-ordinary bargains?

Easy. 

I tell lies 

But I don't feel guilty, because they probably did too.

I wouldn't be so sure about that.

Probably lots of the 50K plus of us at the Dallas MAGA rally travel frequently, and sometimes cruise too, ya' know.

BTW, its a "dining" room.

 

But, to add insult to injury, imagine telling everyone else at the table that you paid a small fraction of what their fare was, and then also mention that if they'd like to, they could stop by for a drink later since you had also smuggled in over three gallons of liquor in your Rum Runners.....
