Sarande, Saranda - Anyone used Albanian Tours?

I was contacted on a FB post in a cruise group about Albanian Tours, owner Eriseld Veli.  Has anyone used them?
They have quoted me a great price of $80 for our family of 4 to visit Blue and and Lekuresi, but I am not keen on an unreviewed and unsolicited contact unless I can verify it is a good service.
