Baltimore park & cruise hotels

When we cruised from Balto., we always stayed at a hotel near the shot tower.  I can't recall the name of it though.  You can google it.  If you want to go out to dinner, the hotel will call a restaurant and they will come and pick you up and return you to the hotel. Don't know if this is still done.
