4 nt cruise. pirate and formal nights

we will be going on a 4 night cruise in February via Wonder.  How can I find out what nights the formal and pirate nights will be?  Also,  are the formal nights as  "formal" as they used to be?

There is no "formal" night on a 4 night cruise.  There is a "dress up optional" night.

 

Typically pirate night is night 3.  But can vary, depending on weather conditions and itinerary.

 

On DCL you'll find very little enforcement of any real dress code.  In fact, the only "dress code" they have is "no swimwear or tank tops for dinner".  Beyond that people wear pretty much whatever they want.
