Cabins for Casino Cruise

My husband and I both received Casino offers and we have friends that we asked to join us, as they love to gamble and haven't cruised at all or just a couple of times.  Anyway, we want them to get the same perks we get, so we've split the rooms where he is in one and I in the other.  How do we go about getting extra keys to the room so that I can actually be in the same room with my husband without the other two losing the perks of being with the casino offer guests?

Not sure what line you are on but if CCL, the purser desk can make a dummy key. I do this all the time when I'm traveling with the kids. That way they have a key to my room and I have one to theirs

All the spare key will do is open the door ---- not sure about medallions
