All of the above. However, the cost of a cruise has also decreased.

Yeah I remember when went to Labadee first time 30+ yrs ago, only had 3 buildings including one bathroom, no Straw Market, very rustic. BUT had a real Barbecue with nothing precooked. Back then would have 500-700 ashore at most. Can't imagine when they have had 2 much larger ships there at once now.
