Question on Galveston Port

I turn platinum on my next Cruise. We are leaving out of Galveston Texas and I was wondering if they had a separate room that we wait in to board the ship?

No there is no separate room. Once you go through security screening you'll go into the registration area which is just one large room.

 

Don't be surprised if once you get through with registration that you're not able to just walk on to the ship from there. I've sailed from there twice so far and this has been my experience both times.

As other said most likely you will be able to go to ship immediately. Unless there is a hold for circumstantial reason , you will be separated by status in a sitting rest area and be released accordingly .

No, but they have a portion of the open seating cordoned off with rope with signs taped to it.  Very prestigious lol

We turn Platinum when we sail the Vista next Sunday!!  How early do they usually start boarding the Vista?
