Yokohama cultural shows?

I can't advise in Yokohama but if you are going on diamond princess they have had cultural activities/shows while on board the ship during the 3 cruises we have done in Japan.

They take a lot of effort to blend the cultures with many fun activities too.

Hey!
If you're in Yokohama, you're actually surprisingly close to Tokyo.
I've lived in Tokyo for a while and the main kabuki shows are here. You can definitely make a day trip out of catching the train to Tokyo and back to where you're staying in Yokohama.
Otherwise, if you really want to stay in Yokohama, maybe check and see if there are any local festivals on?
