As I will not be able to go on this cruise to participate at this 175,000$ tournement (around 500 players expected), I would like to transfer it to someone willing to get this 750$ value pass for only 350$, or I will go with the best offer I get by April 15th, 2019.

Be careful of the dates.  Usually you have to register at least a month before. And based on past experience, you'll be in the "best offer" category.

I am consequently revising the deadline for April 1st.

 

To recap: if you pay 350$, you get the ticket right away, if you offer to pay 200$, I will confirm you it is yours if you wait till April 1st (if you the highest bidder)!

I wish I could go, but the cruise price isn't great and New Orleans isn't really convenient to get to for me.
