If there is indeed a shortage of escargot, it might only be reflected in their absence from the MDR menu.

 

If you pay extra for the Steakhouse, well, they might still be available there.

Well, it's a bummer for sure as in my opinion, Carnival escargot is way better than Princess or Royal. (Royal's were baaaaddddd.) But I think I shall survive.

 

The limes though...at Nachi Cocum in Jan 2017 they didn't have any. Now THAT was sad! Mexico without a mojito???

True. True. I considered storming customer service....err, the lady at the little table....demanding compensation, but I was too busy soaking in the hot tub and drinking sooo many other drinks.

Oh great! I've booked a cove balcony specifically so I could sit there and go fishing. Now you tell me there's a shortage of escargot? Wonder what else I can use for fish bait? Maybe something from the sushi bar?
