Contrave

Contrave works well for me to help with cravings. It is expensive. Your insurance might cover it but don't count on it. You can have your pharmacist help you sign up online for a coupon that lowers the price to about $110. Some people report some varied side effects but I never did have anything that bothered me for more than about a half a day while my body adjusted. Mine was kind of a light or fuzzy headed feeling.

Thanks, Fischymom.  I have been on it for a month, up to four pills a day.  I do have the fuzzy headed feeling.  I have lost only two pounds.  I am paying $100 a month.  My insurance does not cover the prescription.

Do you feel like it is worth the cost?   Have you done well with your weight loss?  I am still having cravings.  How long did the medicine take to "kick in".

Thank you,

Kathy
