latitudes bonus on ncl star

can anybody give us information about advantages for latitude-members on board ncl star (cheaper drinks etc.)?

My wife & I are going to be on the Star for the 2/13/06 cruise. We would also like to hear the answer to this. Have heard that lattitudes members no longer get the discount on drinks or purchases in the shops.

As I don't drink, I wasn't paying attention. But you get a discount at the shops on the first 2 sea days. I think it was 15%.

Debbie - did you have to show your Latitudes membership card, or just your S&S card? Even though I've been a Latitudes member for a long time, I've never even tried to get a discount, so I'm curious how this works. We'll be on the Star again in 5 months from tomorrow. (But who is counting?!)
