New website for 144 hr TWOV registration in Shanghai

I sent an inquiry to the Chinese gov't since we could no longer get into the old website to register for the 144 hr TWOV.  This is what they quick;y replied with.  It works, however I am unable to revise my application since HAL changed our first port of call from South Korea to Japan.  I have sent another e-mail asking if they can do it or do I need to register all over again though that might be confusing having two applications for the same passport/same day.
