Booking Excursions

We're going on our first cruise on the Mediterranean Medley in June on the Marella Dream.  There is an option of excursions on the TUI site.  Should we book via the site or is there an excursion desk onboard ?  Will booking the trips onboard be cheaper or more expensive and does it offer a wider range of excursions?

Booking on line is slightly cheaper but you can book on the ship at Destination Services (same deck as Reception) as full capacity is not offered on line

however many trips in the Med can be done yourself BUT definitely not Rome if you're going there

Hi,  thank you.  We are not going to Rome.  We know which trips we want to do on some days but on other we are undecided and there are other factors to consider so we may choose to book them on the ship?  Sorry, can I ask what you mean by full capacity isn't offered online?  Thanks

They don't sell all the seats for each trip on line not sure but could be between 50 - 75% so that there is always availability on the ship. However you need to be quick for some popular trips and book when you embark and not wait for the destination services presentation, which is usually your next day morning if that's the sea day

If you do book online, or onboard, you can cancel with a full refund with 24hrs notice.
