So we have 3 full days in Barc post cruise--need thoughts/advice

It seems most sites don't open til 10am... so there is no real "getting an early start except for transportation

Day 1-- Debarkation AM picked up by tour company for half day tour including skip like ticket Park Guell and major sites  (• La Sagrada Familia- • Park Guell- • La Pedrera/Casa Mila- • Casa Batllo- • Casa Amataller- • Casa Morera-  • Plaza España- • The National Palace- • The Olympic Ring- • Montjuic-  • The Columbus Monument-• Port Olympic- • Plaza Cataluña- )

Dropped off at hotel mid day (we are staying near Passeig de Gràcia METRO.

then we'll get lunch and do a "free" walking tour of Gothic quarter in late afternoon.

Dinner TBD--

Thoughts?  Any advice for lunch --between Psseif de Gracia METRO and Plaça de Catalunya.

Day 2- DIY train to Monseratt (choir at 1pm) lunch at Monseratt.

Return back to Barcelona??  Time?

What kind of time does this take to take this train? What time should we expect to be returning to town?

Will there be more "tour time" in our daylight hours?

Dinner TBD

Day 3 On our own--- planning...

How much time is reasonable for an overview of Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya?

And would you put that in the beginning of your day from 10 am-1pm --then go get lunch...

then

Go see something else later like the Palau de la Música Cat  and one of the churches like Cathedral of Barcelona in the afternoon

OR reverse it--do the Music hall and church in AM--lunch and then museum for hours afternoon?

we are staying near Passeig de Gràcia METRO.

or can walk down to the the L1.  If we started at the Museum in the am would you just grab a cab?

Thanks for the advice. Will be passing it on.
