The easiest and least expensive (16,000won) is KAL limo service (bus). Google and you will see the various hotels that they pick-up/ drop-off along with schedule. We used them 2 yrs ago. It was great. The limo/bus holds 26 people.

Thank you for the suggestion, but it appears that they run buses to and from the airport to hotels. We are looking for transport from the cruise port to a specific address in Seoul, then a return to port later.

Perhaps I am missing something?

OP,  you will probably have better luck posting referral & recommendations for a car service over at TripAdvisors ...

Will you have cellular services in Seoul, SK (Incheon is where your ship is docking for the day) - be advised that traffic in and around Seoul are bad, very bad and heavily congested - allow plenty of travel time to get around.

Taxis are plentiful and I am sure they will be available at the cruise port - almost all drivers in SK will not be speaking English & what you need to have, is to have the address/name of the port, and the local address of where you are going, written down in Korean to show to the driver - a local telephone # would be useful to where you are driven to.

Google the address, distance & typical travel time - trip time from the port to central city within Seoul is given as 90 minutes, it could easily take 2 hours or more - be prepared to sit in moving traffic, bumper-to-bumper slowly ... depending on where you are going.

There should be visitor's help/info desk at the port - and the staff there should be able to help you with address, and tell you the approximate taxi fare - in local currency, the "Won" - I am pretty sure credit cards are accepted for fare payments, just make sure your card issuer is alerted ahead and will approve the payment.
