San Diego zoo airport transfer excursion post cruise

 We have a 5 o’clock post cruise flight. Holland America offers a excursion  for the San Diego zoo and airport transfer says it’s six hours long. Says it leaves at 8:45 AM and is six hours long. Has anybody done a post cruise excursion I take it that we take our luggage with us and it stays on the bus. Will we be able to get off the ship early because of this excursion. Any thoughts would be helpful just trying to figure some Thing to do  since we will have all our luggage with us. Thanks

Most of the time the Zoo Tour with drop off does not fill up with enough guests.  As an alternative, the City Tour usually does create enough interest.  Tours will be called off just after expedited guests.

Motor coaches will be available just after you exit the terminal.

 

Be sure to collect your luggage in the terminal prior to boarding the buses.
