Retin-A ~ where in Cozumel/GC or Jamaica?

I would like to purchase Retin A while on our cruise to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Jamaica.  Has anyone had success it finding a good place to buy in these ports?

Lots of places in Coz.

I've purchased it at a drugstore in town (I think the name was the American Drug Store).  Also at the pharmacy at the Mega Store and at the dock.  All different strengths available.
