Trisha Posted January 18, 2006 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2006 I am making arrangements for a shuttle to the port in Galveston. Is there a time that is usually the easiest to check in? Least crowded, etc? Thanks. Trisha

That way you get on the ship early and you get a longer vacation. Only by a couple hours of course. Also it helps to get on board with nobody else on so you can find everything quickly. We clearly saw staff turning folks away when we were leaving the ship. We left the Tremont House at 11:30 and walked over to the ship ourselves...maybe it took us all of 15 minutes. Once we entered the terminal....there was a line and no one was being checked in as of yet. I'm thinking they started the checkin process at 12pm. Getting their earlier will only mean you stand in line longer Laura
