Best place to rent scooter for Seattle port

We are going on an Alaskan cruise out of Seattle,  June 9-16th 2019.  Where is the best place to rent a scooter for the cruise?

Good morning, 

My husband uses a scooter for mobility. We rent because the car won't fit the scooter and the luggage! We rent from Scootaround. The scooter is delivered to the cabin and DH is wheelchaired on. That has an advantage as you are one of the first on the ship and, on Holland America, take us right to the cabin. On disembarking he rides the scooter to the meeting point and we leave it there for pickup as he's wheelchaired off.

You or your travel agent need to check with your cruise line to see which scooter company/ies they deal with.   As an example, Norwegian only has one authorized vendor:  Scootaround.  

 

In any event, your cruise line will want to know that you are bringing a scooter.  Do you have an accessible room on the ship?   The scooter will need to fit through your door. 

 

It would help if we knew which cruise line you are going to be on.

Have sailed out of Seattle 4 times and noticed a rental booth just outside the terminal. (we had our own) Check on this. We had a scooter rental from Scootaround and had it at our cabin on Oasis, which was a regular balcony, not accesable, and it fit.

Thanks all!  I think we will go with scootaround.  They will handle delivery and pick up.

Scootaround are great to work with. I've had very good experiences with them and we've rented multiple times. If you have the scooter delivered to the ship then have the user wheelchaired on. There are advantages to it! We'll be renting for both of our upcoming cruises.
