just off of Duval.  My  wife enjoys the rolled ice cream and they have a very respectable version of Hawaiian shave ice (not perfect but pretty darned close)

They technically don't have seating, but "made while you wait" nitrogen frozen ice cream in not-so-normal (but also normal) flavors

There is a brand new Ben & Jerry's that just opened at 124 Duval Street that is very close to Mallory Square. Not sure about seating.

Do yourself a favor and walk down Duval to Flamingo Crossing.  It is by far the best, homemade ice cream in town.  

 

If you don’t want to walk that far, Duetto’s on Greene Street has wonderful, house made gelato.  It’s up there with gelato I’ve had in Italy.

keywester is exactly on point!   I wouldn't waste my time anywhere other than the two aforementioned places.

We went to Mattheessen's Homemade. THE best cookies and ice cream. I got two scoops of ice cream, but the cookies looked so good I went back and got one for later that night. Definitely will be stopping by there next time I'm in Key West.
