xcal185 Posted February 9, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 9, 2019 I was wondering if we are able to bring any soft drinks on board on embarkation. I was also wondering on the Serenade of the Seas if you are able to do your own laundry. Some ships have self serve laundry facilities. Thanks in Advance Briam
Ken at the beach Posted February 9, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 9, 2019 No self serve laundry on Amy Royal ship. You are allowed 12 cans or bottles of any non alcoholic beverage per stateroom. Carry on only, not in checked luggage
matj2000 Posted February 9, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 9, 2019 Didn't someone ask this same question yesterday? And the day before? And the day before??
hallux Posted February 9, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 9, 2019 (edited) @matj2000 even worse is that a quick Google search gives you the answer. "Royal Caribbean carry-on drink policy" with the top result being the FAQ on RCI's website - https://www.royalcaribbean.com/faq/questions/food-drink-onboard-policy I guess it's easier to ask and have the answer provided.. Jasukkie Posted February 9, 2019 #5 Share Posted February 9, 2019 So, how are most people doing this? Hand-truck? It seems like a royal pain to have to carry a 12 pack of 17 ounce beverages from dropoff through embarkation and then the wait for the rooms to open. I like the idea of doing this since my next cruise will be without a drink package, but I'm not sure how to handle things.
mets123 Posted February 9, 2019 #6 Share Posted February 9, 2019 In a carry on back pack. I'm 65 and push my wife in a wheelchair at the same time. You do whatever it takes.

And some could say the same for people to build their post count by "jumping on" people who have questions. Just saying..

PigsCanFly Posted February 10, 2019 #12 Share Posted February 10, 2019 We have carried 2 6-packs onboard on each of our recent in a cloth grocery carry-on bag. Worth the carrying because I need my morning Pepsi Zero! I put up with Coke Zero for the rest of the day.
