Airport to Port Transportation question-day of cruise 2/17/19

I am leaving on the Breakaway 2/17/19.  Due to the Mardi Gras season, there are no decent or affordable hotels to go in the night before, so I am arriving day of at 12:35pm.  Cruiseline transfer is $25.  Since I will be travelling alone, is this going to be my cheapest alternative?  I am also thinking that there will be traffic and putting myself immediately into their hands might be easiest.  What do you all think?

Is the $25 one way or round-trip. Either way, that seems like a good deal. Taxi's from the airport to the port are a flat $36 for one or two people ($15/pp if you have 3 or more), so the $25 would be cheaper. I normally don't do the cruise line's transportation, but in this case, for the reasons you stated, it seems like the right deal to me.
