Rob, yes, I enjoy the alone time too. My hubby and I have been together for 27 years, married for 21. At least no one is stealing my covers at night.......... 

 

Jo, welcome back. Well, 2 lbs. is a small gain and you had fun so that's ok.

School was closed today for the pending (now current) storm.  They did still have walking group and even drug daughter along with me since it's included in our gym membership.  I now have over 8k steps for the day and in the recent past I was lucky to hit that before bed.  We'll see tomorrow if it helps with the scale.

 

I did 4 sets of 30 second planks last night before the workout (got my mile too, but when we got there everything was being used.  I was pleased that I was still able to hold for 30, but man do my abs feel it today😳

Just starting to snow here and will probably turn to freezing rain overnite so another 430am start... Good for the overtime but bad for sleeping.. Pacruise your doing so well a, sure your seeing the results not only on the scale but physically too. Keep it up.. take care all Rob.

Hi everybody, couple weeks ago I started posting on this thread and got super busy since then but happy to report down 2# since then along with a trip to the doctor so back on board.
