Request a Quote

When I look at any particular cruise on O's website, there is always "Request a Quote" button. Does this go to Oceania or to an agency who may give me a different price or offer?

truthfully  I have never used it

I just email my TA

 

Not sure they are still doing this but before when you looked at a cruise when signed in to your account I would get a call from a Travel agent

Usually, the reply comes direct from Oceania.

I've used that button frequently to determine cabin availability, and/or to get onto a waitlist.

Yes, Oceania' travel folks still call if you view a cruise while logged in.  I always tell them politely that I use a TA.

This is something I despise about Oceania.  Twice I've saved a cruise to My Oceania account, and have then been bombarded with phone calls and emails about booking the cruise.  I finally deleted my phone number from my account, and sent a curt email that I didn't appreciate being contacted when I hadn't requested it, and that if I wanted to book a cruise, I'd use my travel agent.

I just tell them after the 1st call I have a TA  that I am perfectly happy with
