We will arrive in LAX early and have 3.5 hours before the bus to the terminal. We have never been to this airport before. Any tips or tricks on what to do or where to sit at LAX from experienced cruisers?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Is this the cruise line transfer bus?

Personally, I would consider cancelling that and just taking an Uber...You wouldn't have to wait for a bus to fill up, you could get to the port on your own schedule...and with much more comfort...and likely at a lower cost...

If it got you to the port TOO early, you could just check your luggage and kill a little time near the cruise terminal (If Long Beach, perhaps the Queen Mary...If San Pedro, perhaps the USS Iowa)...better than hanging around an overpriced, crowded, impersonal airport terminal...

I would never hang around an airport for 3 hrs waiting for a cruise ship bus!!

IF you are really early (like 6AM) then go for breakfast at one of the nearby hotels with free shuttles.

Then just go to the port. IF you are coming in later in the morning just go straight to the port and hang out there.

There's free unlimited WiFi all over LAX although it gets patchy once you leave the building. Oftentimes there are celebrities being chased by paparazzi so you might get some free entertainment there like this time we saw paparazzi chasing...I think it was Kloe Kardashian...?
