Thanks So sorry you have had this experience. I myself have booked three cruises at different times since January and experienced great customer service. Cannot pick the choice of cabin I used to be able to because in my old age I need an accessibility cabin .The have all been most kind to me getting just what I need cannot speak more highly of them.
