Sept say in Santorini Oia trip w/5other ships in port

I am cruising with Costa and will arrive at 9am in Santorini - There are 5 other cruise ships in port that day. I know booking with the cruise ship can get me on the tender boats faster - however, their excursions don't specify times and may not be the earliest.... we are there until 8:30 pm and could possibly swing a sunset of Santorini but I have a goal of seeing the picturesque Oia. What is the best way to spend the day there and accomplish this with 6 ships in port? book the Oia experience or arrange boat to Amoudi bay a specific tour?

Hi.We booked a tour so we could see both Oia as well as Imerovigli and Firostefani.Easier for us than looking for a  taxi or bus
