Rare bobmacliberty Posted March 16, 2019 #578 Share Posted March 16, 2019 Back from my business trip and all caught up. Looks like I missed some epic scopes, although the balloon scope IS still up (unfortunately 😵).

Service was great and the food was comparable to Harmony. I think you will have to see about the special dishes. Layout was similar to Harmony as well. Air Canada gives access to all in business. Delta costs extra on top of business class for the lounge for domestic. I personally refuse to pay for lounge access by credit card and I don’t log enough miles a year for complementary access. Not for the few hours a year. I’ve stayed at a few interesting (in a bad way) places over the years so sitting at the gate is not a big deal.

Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 16, 2019 Author #584 Share Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) Balmoral Island Beach Break We did the package with the a cabana but you can also do one with beach chairs. They also have a stingray and dolphin experience. I’m not sure if that can be booked in advance of not, and if that is through the ship or not. Washrooms were clean and the food was decent. The sand was amazing and the water was crystal clear. We arrived early and there were a ton of loungers, and when we left there many still open for use. They also had music playing through speakers, just loud enough for all to enjoy but not be overpowering. Edit: It takes approximately 30 minutes to get there by boat. The sand is amazing, on the beach and in the water. They have a two pools near the cabanas. They are salt water and everyone can use them. They have a kids area with loungers. If you go snorkeling if you can see fish around the rocks. Edited March 16, 2019 by A&L_Ont

Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 16, 2019 Author #586 Share Posted March 16, 2019 The scenery along the boat ride was amazing. The colours were amazing. On the journey you pass by the abandoned Coral World. 1

Our waitress in the CK said we looked much better today than the morning before. Sure didn’t feel that way. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 16, 2019 Author #588 Share Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) Dinner at the Costal Kitchen last night. I had the veal chop. Owen bugging Rick. The reason why we were rough in the morning. LOL, not Rick. The drink package. Being a few years Rick’s senior, I think I did very well. Rare A&L_Ont Posted March 16, 2019 Author #589 Share Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) Wearing my whitest of white tank tops. It’s no wonder they shouldn’t be allowed in the MDR. Hopefully Lisa doesn’t get any ideas of doing this at home to me. She was glad she came and joined us, even though she had to throw some back. She did shots, but no videos of that. Rare bobmacliberty Posted March 16, 2019 #596 Share Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) Is (was) Coral World in Nassau related to Coral World in St. Thomas? We did the St. Thomas version a few years ago with a Sea Lion encounter and enjoyed it. Edited March 16, 2019 by bobmacliberty

LuCruise Posted March 17, 2019 #598 Share Posted March 17, 2019 Great review Andrew. Ship is amazing isn't it? Think we saw you at Aqua Adventure Park near the slides (where you have to time it properly or you'll get a bucket on your head)...but by the time I was sure it was you to say hello, you had run off with Owen. (Thanks for recommending it by the way..fun place!).. Anyways, looks like you had as great of a time as we did. Love reading your experience. Hope you had a safe trip home.
