Hair Braiding

I did a search, but all the information was at least four years old.  We will be in Grand Turk in a couple of weeks.  Has anyone been recently, and were there any locals doing hair braiding near Margaritaville or Jack's Shack, and if so what was the cost?

There were braiders there in January.  Just past Margaritaville.

Cost or how good, IDK.  But a number of Tweener girls and some Moms came back to the ship with braided hair.  So guessing it's still a thing to do.

Thank you for the info.

Any others?

not too recently, but i was there in February 2018.  There were hair braiders in the port complex.  I had a couple braids put in my hair, but they weren't cornrows, just hung straight down (yes I looked crazy, no i don't care). I talked her down to $10 for 6 braids- I don't know if that's a great price or anything but I was happy.  The more traditional cornrow styles were in a book.  There were several between $20-30, and some were more.
