Amsterdam flight question, after cruise

How early is the earliest I should book a flight back to the US from Amsterdam?  We will be arriving at the port on royal carribean brilliance of the seas and I want to make sure there is enough time to make the flight in Amsterdam.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Generally you would allow 3 hours prior to an international flight, I suggest allow a few hours to get to the airport. Perhaps have an evening flight and do some exploration of Amsterdam, definitely 1pm at the earliest.
