Anyone know what they are doing to the dockyard? Looks like they are working on the piers

They are rebuilding the  King's Wharf dock and terminal building. Work on the dock is projected to be complete before the cruise season. The terminal building might not be but they will have a temporary solution for the terminal if it is not completed in time.
