Look at the port boards there are lots of good suggestions.

Ocho Rios:

We booked Phill Lafayette in Ocho Rios. We went to Dunns River Falls, tubing, touring and lunch. It was great.

Grand Cayman:

We booked with Captain Bryan on the Buccaneer 1/2 day tour to the stingrays and snorkling.(we will be using him for the 2nd time next month)

Cozumel:

Last year we went to Dzul Ha. Cost only the cab ride. We shorkled.(We have our own gear but you can rent some there) The reef was hurt after Wilma but I have read that there are still plenty of fish to see. It is a rocky beach.

Many people like Paradise Beach.
