NCL Alaska Cruisetour Sep 2019

We booked NCL Jewel, Sep 9, 2019 from Vancouver. Our plan was to travel on our own after disembarking. After several days exploring on our own, we intended to take the train up to Denali. What I'm finding is that the train, hotels in the area and Denali bus tour web sites show that their services stop on Sept. 15th 2019.  I called NCL to see about changing our trip to August of 2020, but they are doing a HUGE price increase next year. Our NCL agent said that  NCL has a 14 day cruise and land package for our cruise this September. How do I find out if NCL has in fact "private chartered" the train, hotels and bus trip in Denali. Seems odd to me that we will be the only ones there, if it's not open to the public.
