Dover Excursions to Cliffs and Castle?

We will be on Celebrity Reflection in August, stopping in Dover.  We want to do 2 specific things:  visit Dover Castle and walk around near the White Cliffs.  Does anyone have a recommendation of a good local tour/guide for these two activities (and maybe fill in the rest of the day with lunch at a nice local restaurant/pub)?

We had a private tour at Dover but one of our fellow CCers arranged it so I don't have that info except to say there are local tour guides there.  But I wanted to point out that on that tour we only walked along the top edge of the White Cliffs so of course we couldn't actually see them.  I believe there is beach at the base and, if so, that would be the place to go.  The best view is from offshore.  We did have a wonderful tour of Dover Castle; I believe they have guides onsite.  It's very old with lots of narrow, steep staircases so hopefully mobility isn't a problem for you.

The appropriate Ports of Call board probably has many recommendations for Dover and other ports on your itinerary 😉.
