VIking Elbe cruise extension review

We are booked on the Viking Astrid in April 2019 with the extension to Krakow and Warsaw. Has any one done this extension? What were the buses like? How long was the trip from city to city? What did you like about this add-on? Dislike? How were the hotels? Can rooms be upgraded to concierge level or something?
