35 Night Hawaii & Tahiti Cruise on the Sea Princess ?

Recommended Posts

For all you past 35 nt Hawaii Princess cruisers was there any advantage to a Port side or Starboard side Balcony.

Looking at considering this cruise in 2021.

Any advice appreciated.

Cheers Johhno.

Really can’t see much difference on that itinerary, we had a starboard booked and didn’t make any effort to change, though the cruise we replaced it with I tried hard for Port.

We have booked B508 - a midship Balcony on this cruise - we just book Portside staterooms out of habit - I like even numbered rooms.

Funny I’ve got an inexplicable preference for Port side too.

Nice one. Any issues with smoke from the promenade?

Mic, this Christmas will be our first time on Sea Princess - family cruise to PNG.

On this one we have  mini suite B330 - great $$ and yes it’s Port side 😃

You know, I can’t see smoke being a problem on Baja and truly not that many smokers on Aussie cruises anymore. Will let you know 🌹

Cheers, I have never really had an issue with smoke on the balcony on any cruise until the last one. Yangtse river cruises anyone can smoke on their own balcony or any outdoor area. Still an enjoyable cruise though.

No, I don’t think it will matter which side you are on. Funny though isn’t it? We are all creatures of habit. We have been on the starboard side on all of our cruises including Hawaii round trip from Sydney.
