Spirit Seishin Dinner Menu

I recall that some good soul posted menus of most (all?) of Spirit's dining venues not long after the launch of the stretched vessel.

 

I have tried to find the Seishin dinner menu online for some friends and have not succeeded.  The search function on the CC site seems to be very lame.  Or perhaps it's me.

 

Could someone direct me to a post-stretch dinner menu for Seishin?

Thanks.  That's reassuring.  But it doesn't much help me find the menu that I distinctly recall had been posted (along with other Spirit dinner menus) on this board.  🙂

Ha!  I know.  Pretty sure it was Silver Spectre who posted them. Search his username and you can look through his posts.

There you go. These were from the opening night on 6th May but I Have seen some posted recently that hadn't seemed to have changed. Hope this helps. Id go for the Chef's Omakase myself but switch the Fondant for the passion Fruit Brulee if they still do it.
