Fitness Options Norwegian Star

Hello! Cross posting this on a few spots in the forum.

I have a cruise coming up in a few months on the Star. Question about fitness options on board:

 

1) What's the gym like? Do they charge for use?

 

2) Do they have punching bags?

 

3) Does anyone know what fitness classes they offer, and which ones are free/charged?
